It takes Jay Ho Corporation up to 2 business days to prepare your order for shipping. These days are in addition to the time your package takes in transit once we ship it to you.

 

 

If your shipped package returns back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, then you have the choice to pay the shipping to get your package reshipped to the correct address, or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

 

 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If your package returns back to us then we will refund you the product cost that you had paid. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
